Women in skinny jeans 'can't be raped': Oz court

I found this article to be very disturbing. The incident occurred in Sydney, Australia a man was acquired of rape after a jury said his victim could not be raped while wearing skinny jeans. The jury consisted of 12 members, six women and six men and I can’t believe they would suggest such a theory. They stated to the judge that “I doubt those kind of jeans can be removed without any sort of collaboration.” The defense lawyer suggested since the woman weighed only 92 lbs that it would be easy to slip in and out of her jeans. In my opinion rape is rape and it doesn’t matter how tight or loose jeans any pair of jeans can be removed with force. I find it very appalling that the jury would even utter such words in front of the court and the
victim.
