Ladies, here is Solange and Beyonce Knowles wearing short tops and little shorts/skirt. (yes, Lindsey Lohan too!)
Although I think Solange gets away with it as an exception, but for me, there is something tacky about little top and little bottoms. Doesn't look comfortable or classy.
I think this looks better, loose, longer top and little shorts. This look would be wrecked with a cropped top.
